Out of the many spectacular spaces to celebrate your special day in New York, The Brooklyn Museum stands out as a particularly picturesque scene for couples to enter into their new lives together. A romantic feel is carried through every space, from the blooming cherry blossoms around the gardens to the elegant columns and marble floors. Guests have long been treated to gorgeous views and grand gatherings in these halls and our #Cecibride Tammy’s wedding was no exception.
Held in the Beaux Arts Court, a magnificent skylight illuminated with soft purple and pink lighting that brought unique depth to the bright surrounding architecture. Strikingly lush arrangements of beautifully textured white flowers stood among tables with thin exposed wood branches and tall glass vases that created an illusion that the blooms were floating overhead. Silver toned floral linens were paired with clear lucite chairs which reflected the rich geometric shapes of the historical glass block floors.
Family and friends gathered on the dance floor that sat under the majestic arches of the space. The sparkle in Tammy’s beautiful tulle and lace white dress perfectly mirrored our modern silver touches on the event’s invitation suite and event detailing.
