A Hand Drawn Pink Floral Print Bat Mitzvah At The Mansion In New York

Dreams came true last night not only for our #CeciMitzvah girl, Adina, but for us too! I'm pretty sure Adina's been dreaming about her bat mitzvah her whole life, but it was a dream of mine too to walk into the party and see my floral illustrations everywhere!

Here at Ceci New York, we are always aiming to create designs that can dramatically transform an event in innovative ways. At this Bat Mitzvah for Adina, the daughter of our dear friend, colleague and Creative Director of Birch Events, Josh Spiegel, we considered it an honor to collaborate with his team to bring our artwork to such an important and special family event. So it isn't a surprise that we jumped at the chance to create a fun floral print that Josh could uniquely incorporate into almost every detail at the Bat Mitzvah!

The pink florals hand-drawn by Ceci Johnson covered the tables, seating areas, dance floor, and even the cake. Our print was the perfect adornment for all of the party accessories and practically became the theme of the night itself! We love to see how our designs can help to bring together an extremely imaginative event with a consistent look and feel. These are the details that makes our hearts sing!

Inside of the ballroom at The Mansion in Lawrence, New York, Adina’s guests entered into a modern pink party where couches separated into loft-like nooks. Large printed frames encased each cozy cube and lounge seating inside was decorated with printed pillows along with low benches stamped with our same print. Dinner was served on tables that were dressed with our custom printed tablecloths that stood among white flowers and white metal chairs. All of these pink and white touches created a classic girly scene with luxe metallic finishes. On the dance floor, guests enjoyed the entertainment and jumped right in upon our printed flooring that tied the entire event together. Even after the party was over, our designs lived on through Adina’s swag with her custom “A” logo, originally used for her invitation to the event, printed on a silver letterman jacket. Every last detail made this bat mitzvah a floral fantasy!
