A Tropical Floral Filled Bat Mitzvah At The Four Seasons In Palm Beach

Everybody needs a little slice of paradise from time to time and what better place to soak up the sun than in Palm Beach, Florida! This weekend-long Bat Mitzvah event at The Four Seasons Palm Beach for our #CeciMitzvah girl, Eliana was filled with celebratory activities and playful oceanside fun. In our weekend itinerary booklet, we laid out a colorful, tropical, and holographic silver foil finished schedule of events that had every guest dreaming of beach fun.

It was a priority that Eliana’s favorite sport, basketball, was incorporated into the weekend. In the downtime between events, she wanted her and her friends to be able to shoot hoops at their own mini courts made inside of the hotel. Our friends and partners at Marcy Blum Associates brought this dream to life and even put together a tournament that lasted throughout the entire weekend! Of course, the backboards behind the nets were a perfect place to tie in our custom logo with tropical floral patterning, along with the tournament score sign printed with brackets and all. We were excited for these graphic touches to allow the kids some sneak peeks into all of the events to come.

Eliana wanted to make sure that her guests had plenty of keepsakes to remind them of her fabulous celebration. From her burlap gift bags that were curated by Marcy Blum Associates, which included custom embroidered beach towels, botanical printed water bottles, our Tropical Palm notebooks, and more, to the branded basketballs and custom apparel set up outside of the ballroom as a pop-up store, our designs for this Bat Mitzvah were featured in so many ways. Not only was Eliana looking for pieces that were fun and playful momentos, she was looking to bring a personalized experience to each of her guests. For an engaging activity at the party, a custom patchwork station showcased our one of a kind artwork on patches in the shapes of tropical florals, sea animals, beach themed items, and even Eliana’s signature “E” logo. The kids had fun sewing their own unique patches on espadrilles, totes, and caps.

At the main dinner party, cascading white flowers hung from trellises and above dining tables with purple lights that illuminated the room. Bright touches of diamonds and gold accessories added a luxe feel to the whimsical details we designed for Eliana’s weekend full of events. Graphics of our custom “E” logo and hibiscus flowers painted the dance floor with a playful nod to the Palm Beach theme. This celebration was one that blew us away with its creativity and total fun! From start to finish, our designs branded everything with Eliana’s vibrant, shimmering touch.
