I can't say enough good things about Ceci. I absolutely adore my invitations and save the dates, and it was probably the most fun part of planning, which is really saying something. Brian will often find me sitting on the couch, staring at our invitation designs with this little smile on my face for long periods of time! Lisa Hoffman, the owner and designer, is unbelievably creative, really listens to what you want, and helps make it come to life in a way I don't think anyone else does. When you're not quite all the way there with some piece of the design, she starts coming up with lots of different ideas until you find something that just pops! and you completely love it. That's why the appointments with her are so fun, you get to watch the designs change to fit exactly what you want them to be, but could never come up with on your own. She was also very creative in coming up with options that accomplished the look I wanted without going up much in price. And she never made me feel bad about it.

And - it's truly, truly custom. She'll show you a color wheel like at a paint store and you can choose any shade you want, she'll find whatever paper you want, she has endless numbers of fonts, etc. I wanted my envelopes to have a beautiful pattern on them, and I brought her a photograph from a magazine of a gold bracelet that was in the shape of an abstract butterfly pattern, and asked if she could use it somehow. She hand-drew a lace pattern for the envelopes based on that bracelet, and it is just out of this world! I still can't quite believe it, it is so intricate and beautiful and exactly what I asked for, but something I could never have dreamed of. Finally, a few of the vendors (and even the venue!) during this process have been flaky, unreliable, and difficult to get in touch with. Ceci is 100% reliable and so easy to communicate with. They care that you are happy, and are willing to go the extra mile.
