The design work begins once we have agreed to a final price quote, the service contract has been signed, and 50% of total project fees have been received. It is advised to take care of your contract details as soon as possible so you are reserved in our schedule. We would hate to miss out on an opportunity to work together!
Our Ready-to-Order process requires about 4-8 weeks, depending on your order.
Our Couture process generally requires about 2-4 months, from the initial design phase to final delivery. Design time typically takes 5-9 weeks, printing is four weeks and calligraphy is an additional three weeks.
We recommend mailing invitations six to eight weeks before the event, so please allow ample time for ordering and addressing. It is also wise to order additional invitations and envelopes to cover any last minute guests. If your event is over a holiday weekend or is a destination event, 10-12 weeks before your event is advised. Ceci will take care of the scheduling details for you.
